BRICCOLINI GENS
Terms of
Service.
The simple rules that keep the game, website and community fair, safe and fun.
LAST UPDATED: 26 AUGUST 2026. By using Briccolini Gens, its website, Discord community or store, you accept these terms and the in-game rules.
- 01
Play fairly
Do not use cheats, macros, exploits, unauthorized clients, duplicated items, account fraud, harassment, impersonation or anything intended to harm the server, its economy or other players. Staff may investigate, remove items, restrict access or take moderation action to protect the community.
- 02
Your account and username
You are responsible for the Minecraft account and username you submit. Digital rewards are delivered to the exact username confirmed at checkout. We cannot guarantee recovery where a wrong name was entered by the buyer.
- 03
Digital server rewards
Store products are digital gameplay rewards for Briccolini Gens. They are not cash, are not redeemable for real-world value, and may not be exchanged outside the server. Rewards may be adjusted where needed for security, fairness, game balance or Minecraft policy compliance.
- 04
Payments and support
Payments are processed by Stripe. A reward is queued only after secure payment confirmation, and delivery may require the target player to join the server. For a store issue, contact info@stratoprint.pt with the Minecraft username and purchase reference before opening a payment dispute.
- 05
Young players
Players who need parental or guardian permission to make online purchases in their country must obtain it before buying. Never use another person's account or payment method without permission.
- 06
Community spaces
Discord, website forms and in-game chat are shared community spaces. Keep personal information private, do not post exploit instructions publicly, and follow reasonable staff directions intended to keep players safe.
- 07
Service changes
Features, events, progression, rewards, store listings and server availability can change as the game evolves. We aim to announce material changes clearly, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
- 08
