LAST UPDATED: 26 AUGUST 2026. We collect only the information needed to operate Briccolini Gens, secure the community, process requested purchases and review voluntary staff applications.

Information you provide
Store checkout uses the Minecraft username entered for delivery. Staff applications collect the information shown in the form, such as contact details, age range, experience and answers. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not requested.

Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive the payment and delivery details needed to confirm an order, provide support, prevent fraud and queue the digital reward. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Security and technical data
Website requests use technical information such as browser details and connection metadata for security and rate limiting. Where the public website uses a connection identifier for rate limiting, it is stored as a one-way hash rather than as a readable IP address. Minecraft services may also process connection data to operate the game and prevent abuse.

Why we use it
We use information to deliver purchases, respond to support requests, review staff applications, secure forms and payments, enforce fair play, maintain records, and improve the safety and reliability of the server.

Who receives it
We use service providers needed to run the service, including Stripe for payments, Firebase/Google for website data services, the configured email provider for staff applications, and hosting providers. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Discord bot
The Briccolini Codex bot is used to organise the official Discord server, publish official messages and support community administration. It does not request direct messages or payment details. Discord's own privacy terms apply to Discord account data.

Retention and deletion
Staff applications are configured for deletion after 180 days. Purchase, security and moderation records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, legal/accounting obligations or abuse prevention. You can ask about a submitted application or request using the contact below.
