Context and evidence matter. Serious abuse may skip warnings, while honest mistakes are handled proportionally.
Play actively and fairly
No bots, macros, auto-clickers, scripted farming, CAPTCHA bypasses, unauthorised clients or automation that plays for you.
Fair Play checks may pause suspicious farmingProtect the economy
No duplication, exploit abuse, chargeback fraud, misleading trades, alt farming or hiding illegitimate items and currency.
Report economy bugs privatelyRespect islands and Cells
Do not grief, steal, bypass borders, abuse visitors, invade protected areas or interfere with another player’s showcase.
Permission is not permanent ownershipKeep chat safe
No spam, impersonation, advertising, malicious links, doxxing or sharing personal information—especially information about minors.
Use /report for player behaviourUse accounts responsibly
No ban evasion, punishment evasion, account sharing for unfair progress or coordinated alternate accounts used to bypass limits.
You are responsible for activity on your accountUse the official store only
No unofficial real-money trading or selling accounts, items, currency, Cells or services. Store rewards never excuse rule breaking.
Keep Stripe receipts for purchase supportCooperate with staff
Do not destroy evidence or obstruct an investigation. Appeals are welcome; threats, spam and fabricated evidence are not.
