   Digital rewards

   Store products are digital server rewards. Enter the exact Minecraft username that should receive the reward before checking out. A completed payment is sent to the protected delivery queue for that account.

   Checkout and delivery

   Payments are processed by Stripe. A reward is not queued from a browser click alone: it is queued only after Stripe confirms the payment through its secure server notification. Delivery can require the player to join the game.

   Purchases by younger players

   If you are under the age required to make an online purchase in your country, ask a parent or guardian for permission before buying. Do not use somebody else’s payment method or account.

   Fair play

   Cheats, exploits, fraud, chargeback abuse, impersonation, harassment and attempts to damage the network or other players are not allowed. Do not share personal information in game chat.

   Refunds and support

   For a purchase problem, contact the support route provided with the store before opening a payment dispute. Include the Minecraft username, purchase reference and a short description so the purchase can be checked safely.

   Official Minecraft rules

   Players and the server follow the Minecraft EULA and Minecraft Usage Guidelines. Those official documents control Minecraft-related permissions and can change over time.
